Meet the Founder
Welcome! My name is Angela Williams, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the central Florida area.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with athletes, entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate executives helping them find alignment and work-life balance while still excelling in their careers.
My goal is to provide therapeutic interventions and evidence-based strategies that help individuals realize their ability to make changes and overcome challenges. Because each person and company is unique, I adapt my approach to meet the needs and personality of each of my clients.
I earned a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Central Florida. I’ve had the honor of helping thousands of individuals learn, grow, and become inspired to reach their next level of transformation in my work as a therapist, coach, educator, and speaker. I have a background in psychology, research, higher education, and crisis response.
I enjoyed many years working in a university setting helping young adults with life transitions and finding support along with being a trainer and adjunct faculty member. In agencies and in private practice I have had experience working with groups and individual clients of all ages from children to senior adults with anxiety, depression, illness, stress, communication skills, improving self esteem, relationship issues, over achievement, burnout, PTSD, and trauma.
I built this company with a mission to empower individuals to elevate their potential so they can achieve their dreams, enjoy their lives, and impact future generations for good.
Empowerment, holistic wellness, education, and support are the focus areas of this practice.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and have an energetic dog that keeps me busy! I am passionate about self care and am always looking for ways to incorporate this in life. I love traveling and finding ways to relax such as reading, massage, and spending time at the beach.
